We revitalized the rooftop at 135 West 29th Street with a full deck build-out, including custom planters, new surface materials, and perimeter lighting.
The space was designed for flexible outdoor use, blending comfort, durability, and clean architectural lines.

Designed to elevate tenant experience, the renovated roof deck features composite decking, upgraded railings, and new lighting to support both daytime use and evening events. Nestled above Manhattan, the updated space provides a private retreat with an open-air layout and welcoming flow.
The project includes lounge zones, planters, and seating areas — all brought together to create a comfortable extension of the building’s interior lifestyle.
