We transformed the rooftop of the Haymarket Building into a stylish and functional outdoor amenity space.

Designed to elevate tenant experience, the renovated roof deck features composite decking, upgraded railings, and new lighting to support both daytime use and evening events. Nestled above Manhattan, the updated space provides a private retreat with an open-air layout and welcoming flow.

The project includes lounge zones, planters, and seating areas — all brought together to create a comfortable extension of the building’s interior lifestyle.
